The world's smallest baby! :
The world's smallest baby was delivered (with a twin sister) on Sept. 19, 2004. She weighed 8.6 ounces, about the size of a cell phone!. Her name is Rumaysa Abdul Rahmaan, (Rumaysa means white as milk) while her twin sister who weighed 1 pound and 4 ounces was named Hiba Abdul Rahmaan, (Hiba means in Arabic, a gift).
A great sign from God!. Isn't God capable of everything?
