4- Al Ra'heem;  (Ra'heem = Most Merciful)

2- Lillaah; (Li = preposition, TO)/(Allaah=God),  [Note that the two words were fused together, thus the middle "A" is cancelled]
3- Rabb; (Rabb = Lord)

[1:4] Maaliki  Yawmi  Aldeen          Master of the Day of Judgment.

2- Yawm; (Yawm = day)

[1:5] Eyyaaka  Na'budu  wa  Eyyaaka  Nasta'een          You alone we worship. You alone we ask for help.

1-  Iyyaak; (Iyaak = is a composite pronoun that emphasizes the word "You", thus "You alone")

[1:7] Siraata  Allazeena An'amta  'Alayhim;             the path of those whom You blessed;
'Ghayri  AlMa'ghdoubi  'Alayhim  wala  AlDdaaleen         not of those who have deserved wrath, nor of the strayers

1- Al lazeena; (Allazeena = a pronoun meaning "those who", male plural),  [different pronouns are used for two male/female and many male/female]
2- An'amt;  (An'amt = is a composite of the verb "An'ama, he blessed, or he granted + the pronoun "T" denoting a subject "You"),  [ Note that the letter " 'A" needs practice to master its pronounciation here]
3- 'Alayhim;  ( 'Alaa = upon or on  + Him or hom = is a pronoun that means "them" and is inflicted to "Him" because of its position as an added word.
4- 'Ghayr;  ('Ghayr = Not ),  [Note the letter " 'G" is another sound to practice]
