13-  The Egyptian Supreme Council for Human Rights exposes the tyrant:

This year 2005 is very remarkable, day by day Satan is losing more ground. His scheme for global domination (through the alleged war on terror) is backfiring!.

Dictators around the world are falling one by one, the latest was Ecuador's President Lucio Gutierrez.

What we are witnessing is a systematic implementation of a plan by God to topple Satan and his agents from ruling over the masses, we are now in the countdown to the final blow.

[35:43] They resorted to arrogance on earth, and evil scheming, and the evil schemes only backfire on those who scheme them. Should they then expect anything but the fate of those who did the same things in the past? You will find that GOD's system is never changeable; you will find that GOD's system is immutable.

Under extreme inside and outside pressure the tyrant Mubarak, the president of Egypt ordered early this year the amendment of article 76 (19x4) to allow multi-candidate elections. For the first time in 24 years Egyptians went demonstrating in the streets, carrying banners saying "Enough", and now a witness from among his regime is exposing  its brutality.

Egyptian report denounces torture
By Heba Saleh
BBC News, Cairo
11 April, 2005

The Egyptian Supreme Council for Human Rights first annual report is unexpectedly strong for a body funded and appointed by the government.

It has also recommended the lifting of the state of emergency which has been in force for 24 years.

'Standard practices'

The council says it is normal investigative practice for the Egyptian security forces to arrest everyone at the scene of the crime and torture them to obtain information.

Citing reports it received during the year, it says suspects in Egyptian police stations are given electric shocks, hung by their arms or legs from the ceiling, or beaten with sticks, whips and rifle butts.

These allegations have long been made by independent human rights groups, but it is the first time that a government-appointed body has endorsed them.

Obviously the Egyptian regime is not happy with that report, specially that this organization was set-up and is being funded by the government!.

The council is chaired by Boutros Ghali (TGV. 1520=19x80), an Egyptian Christian and the former UN secretary-general, Ghali was not easily intimidated by the government to change his testemony.

AlJazeera
Hafidh Abu Siada, secretary-general of the Egyptian Organisation for Human Rights
and a member of the council, said members close to the government had objected
to the language in the report but eventually yielded to the activist group.

"We tried to write a report that is a real reflection of the
human rights situation in Egypt," he told Reuters.

Now let's have a closer look at the explosive 358-page report (examples of 2004 only) to unerstand the extent of tyranny in Egypt.

Excerpt from the Egyptian newspaper "Al-Arabi":

1-The numbers of those arrested under the emergency law is around 25,000.

2- Many die under extreme torture in the Egyptian police stations:
-In January,2004, Muhammad Ismail, a 55 year old street vendor died while being detained in the "Azbakiya" police station.
-On January, 7th, Muhammad Nijm (Handicapped, 30) died, hours after being released (In a state of coma) from the "Banha" state security agency.
-On the 13th of March, Khalid Hassan (19) died in detention at the "Fayed" police station.
-March, 20, Alsayed Mousa died in "Oseem" police station.
-
-
-
-Three young people, Ahmad Ibrahim, Ashraf Atiya, Muhammad Albindari died and 19 others suffered from suffocation after being cramped in a police car while being transferred from Libya to Cairo. They were among 80 Egyptians arrested while fleeing the country out of poverty and trying to enter Italy through Libya.

These are just few examples of the tyranny of Mubarak that turned the country into a police state, not to mention the assaults and arrests of the journalists big and small as well as thousands of Islamists without any evidence.

WHO is the main person reponsible for these crimes against humanity?

The report of the supreme counsil for human rights exposed the brutality of the regime but it fell short of denouncing Mubarak.

The report confirms what another "official" witness has been saying for years now, colonel Muhammad Al Ghanam was director of legal research in the Egyptian interior ministry, untill he started objecting on the unjust detentions and torture, he was then forced to resign and continually harassed untill he succeeded in escaping to Switzerland where he was granted asylum.

Al Ghanam doesn't shy away from the truth, he names names and he has solid evidence. Colonel Muhammad cited some of them in the "conference of south Africa human rights 2001-London".

Al Ghanam says that not all policemen are corrupt, he says that Mubarak is behind forcing them to do the torture through promoting the corrupt ones to high positions so that his policy of torture and terror could be passed.

He backs his accusations by solid evidence, he cites some examples on how Mubarak deliberately encourages corruption, for example when the policemen (Tarek Fuad, Mutasim Ahmad and Abdul Naser Saleh) brutally tortured a citizen in the "Fayoum" prison to death, the judge charged them only with 5 years each (when the standard charge is 25 years). Al Ghanam continues to say that inspite of the easy ruling, Mubarak immediately issued a Presidential order number 32 (Febryary, 1994) granting Presidential pardon to the three officers and they returned to their work as if they did nothing!

Al Ghanam cites many other similar examples, all of which confirm that Mubarak is behind the torture and terror used in Egypt to tighten his grip on the country.

God mentioned in His book, Quran many examples of tyrants who bound their citizens in slavery to them, God also mentioned their miserable fate.

Rest assured that nobody gets away with his sins, unless he repents before it's too late. Saddam Hussein trigerred a chain reaction, the forces of God are working day and night in accordance with God's master plan, God willing soon the majority on earth will enjoy real freedom.

[10:83] None believed with Moses except a few of his people, while fearing the tyranny of Pharaoh and his elders. Surely, Pharaoh was much too arrogant on earth, and a real tyrant.

[10:84] Moses said, "O my people, if you have really believed in GOD, then put your trust in Him, if you are really submitters."

[10:85] They said, "We trust in GOD. Our Lord, save us from the persecution of these oppressive people.

[10:86] "Deliver us, with Your mercy, from the disbelieving people."

[10:87] We inspired Moses and his brother. "Maintain your homes in Egypt for the time being, turn your homes into synagogues, and maintain the Contact Prayers (Salat). Give good news to the believers."

[10:88] Moses said, "Our Lord, you have given Pharaoh and his elders luxuries and wealth in this world. Our Lord, they only use them to repulse others from Your path. Our Lord, wipe out their wealth, and harden their hearts to prevent them from believing, until they see the painful retribution."

[10:89] He said, "Your prayer has been answered (O Moses and Aaron), so be steadfast, and do not follow the ways of those who do not know."

[10:90] We delivered the Children of Israel across the sea. Pharaoh and his troops pursued them, aggressively and sinfully. When drowning became a reality for him, he said, "I believe that there is no god except the One in whom the Children of Israel have believed; I am a submitter."

[10:91] "Too late! For you have rebelled already, and chose to be a transgressor.

[10:92] "Today, we will preserve your body, to set you up as a lesson for future generations." Unfortunately, many people are totally oblivious to our signs.

*10:91 Believing in God is the first step. Thereafter, one needs to nourish and develop the soul through the practices of worship (see Appendix 15).

*10:92 God endowed the Egyptians with the exclusive knowledge of mummification. Today, Pharaoh's mummified body is on display at the Cairo Museum.
