Part 1, The Decision Making Process




Salamun Alaykum,
Peace be unto you,



 Here is my vision of the future of the USN, God's message that i am to deliver to all humanity. In this part, the decision making process that God designed will be explained in brief,

Imagine, a country based on the family unit, where each family is like a ship with one male captain. This male captain rules with justice, and never reach a decision without consulting all the mature members of the family. This family lives in a small community with several other families, every family has one vote. Every week the captains of the families get together to reach unanimous decisions after due consultation. If they couldn't reach a unaniomous decision, the elected leader of this small community make the final decision and all of them has to abide by it, same as the family members and the wife have to accept the father's final decision.

Then once this small community reaches such a unanimous decision, the leader joins another commity of the leaders of the different communities in this city, as wise they reach a unanimous decision and the city leader goes to another meeting with other city leaders, untill it reaches the leader of the USN who make the final decision after due consultation with the leaders of different regions.

The above scenario seems impossible to be achieved without disputes and rebellion, however not so for the submitters, they are commanded to accept the decisions of their leaders whom they trust, and whom they have chosen in the first place, as long as those leaders consult every single mature member in their responsbility. This is the Quran's view for the decision making process in a society. Thus the 51% majority system is condemned, as well as the one man show system is condemned. No decision should be reached without due consultation with all the members.


[4:59] O you who believe, you shall obey GOD, and you shall obey the messenger, and those in charge among you. If you dispute in any matter, you shall refer it to GOD and the messenger, if you do believe in GOD and the Last Day. This is better for you, and provides you with the best solution.

[42:38] They respond to their Lord by observing the Contact Prayers (Salat). Their affairs are decided after due consultation among themselves, and from our provisions to them they give (to charity).
